Dear Sir,

I am writing to you out of sheer desperation after the painful ordeal i have been put through for being a loyal Samsung customer for years now.I was the proud owner of galaxy note 7 purchased from Singapore..when they were banned from flights i was was in India and was forced to procure a galaxy A7 in India after confirming it would work without problems in Singapore too..To my horror the A7 has a known issue as it it keeps losing mobile signal intermittently and is now not usable. After visiting the service center they confirmed it is a know issue and the firmware and motherboard may need changing but for that they are saying i need to travel to India.
all my requests for the phone repair or replacement in Singapore have fallen on deaf years and i keep wondering why do i have to put up with all this...... just because i keep buying SAMSUNG ???further details in mail below.

i am writing to you as my last resort..hope you will help and let me not change by brand from a samsung.

further to my mail below...DO I JUST HAVE TO UNDERGO ALL THIS TROUBLE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER FOR YEARS..I WAS FORCED TO BUY A NEW PHONE IN INDIA BECAUSE THE NOTE7 WAS BANNED ON FLIGHTS DUE TO A DEFECT AT YOUR END.AND NOW WHEN I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE THE PHONE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY WHICH THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER SAYS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND REQUIRES A FIRMWARE UPGRADE OR A MOTHERBOARD CHANGE..AND FOR THIS AS PER YOU I HAVE NOW TO GO TO INDIA...WHAT IS MY FAULT AND WHY DO I HAVE TO BEAR THIS FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AT YOUR END WITH BOTH FIRST THE NOTE 7 AND THEN THE A7( WHICH I BROUGHT DUE TO YOUR PROBLEMS AND THE BAN ON GALAXY NOTE 7).
I HOPE SAMSUNG WILL NOT LET DOWN ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS INSPITE OF ALL THAT I HAVE HAD TO PUT UP WITH..PLEASE ISSUE ME A NEW PHONE A7 IN SINGAPORE OR GET THIS PHONE REPAIRED IN SINGAPORE.

hello - I had purchased a Galaxy Note 7 through the star hub scheme. The phone was duly changed and then it was announced the phone has issues and was not being allowed on planes. As I was in India when this ban was announced I was forced to buy a Samsung A7 in India, I travel often between India for work and Singapore ( where I reside).I confirmed that this phone would work in Singapore without issues and if I had issues I could get them sorted at the Samsung service center. On arrival in Singapore the phone worked well for 2 days and then it suddenly started loosing mobile signal every now and then and showed service not available. I visited the service center at plaza Singapore and they stated that this is known issue and may require a firmware upgrade or a motherboard change to fix issue but as phone was purchased in India this would be done only in India. I don't know when my next trip to India is and I have to return my older galaxy note 7 to Samsung on the 15th of this month. Please help me and give a replacement for my A7 in Singapore itself. As I was forced purchase a phone in India as the note 7 was banned on flights. This too after confirming that this would work in Singapore. Not only have I borne the brunt of the issues with Galaxy note 7 but now have been put to greater pain due to the issue with the A7 phone I have got for no reason on my part. Please help as I am left in a desperate situation for being a loyal Samsung customer and for no fault of mine. If the note 7 or the A7 didn''t have any issue I would have not been in this crazy situation. Please help me get a replacement A7 device in Singapore itself and get me out of this non ending ordeal for being a Samsung customer for years now. Hope you will help me. details of phones attached.
