I and my family am diehard fan of your products. Our belief is supported by the quality of service we have got from your product, and the support you have provided to us so long.
I had bought a music system model no CMT CP 100 from SONY WORLD,
The quality of reproduction had been exquisite and had been very close to our heart for all these years. There had been very few problems in CD tray movement, and Speakers which were remedied by your able support team.
At present we had the problem f CD tray movement for which the system was attended by DUNAMICS TRADE AND SERVICES LIMITED, P 2 3 Keyatala Road Kolkata 700029. It was found that few parts needed replacement which is mentioned in the attached estimate sheet. Apart from these there is a spring which is not appearing in the available material part list. As the system may not work properly even after replacing the parts given in the estimate sheet without the spring, the repairing has been put on hold. It seems the tape mechanism also needs some change of parts.
We shall be obliged if you kindly help us to have the parts at an affordable price, so that we can continue to have the system with us which till date has been a part of our family.
