Dear Sir!
I have been a customer of PetSmart since you opened in Phoenix, Arizona. We moved from one area of town to another so we decided to finally give Petsmart an opportunity to groom our Dachshund. Our first visit was on April 07-2016 and walked out having a wonderful experience and the dog looked great-total cost $43.00. We took him again yesterday 5-20-2016, we were charged $46.00 for the exact same thing we had done the first time? We definitely will not be returning to PetSmart if your prices go up every month and I mean we had the exact same thing done to him? Honestly other than the toes being trimmed, not sure if they cut any hair because I said we do not want him shaved. With that the girl named Cory said that I had to initial the form with Joey's work order on at the very bottom that reads: "Shave Authorization for Body Shave Down ( if applicable) She told me that if I did not initial that box that she could not cut my dog's hair. I went ahead and signed but did not feel comfortable being forced to OK having my dog completely at the whim of the groomer with no recourse for the customer since again they are being forced to sign this are or no cut.
I would first appreciate an explanation as to how I could pay $3.00 more for the same things done 40 days prior? Secondly please advise me as to whether you feel legally the above statement that the customer is being forced to sign in order to get their dog's haircut at PetSmart. I look forward to hearing back from Michael Massey as I feel this is something important he needs to be aware of.
A concerned, perhaps no longer a continued customer of PetSmart.
Thank You!
