Dear sir, I have been a loyal customer of Harley Davidson for decades and I must say that I will not be in the future, since I am 71 that probably wont give you a lot of concern. However it should, based on your companys latest business trend I am not the only one that feels that way.
I have had a bad experience with your Dallas store located in Allen, Tx and am very discouraged by their lack of energy to at least help me out a little. I guess customer loyalty is not a main concern in your current business model. In this day and age with the many consumer options to get their message out to others is virtually unlimited and I plan on exploring them all so this does not happen to anymore retired people like myself. I doubt that you will ever see this but in any case thank you for your time.
