Dear Sir. I have been executive member with Costco since 2004. The reason to write – W Craig Jelinek email address

Jaideep sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek - President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:

Dear Sir.
I have been executive member with Costco since 2004. The reason to write to write this message is to bring to your attention the unfortunate incident that happened December 30th around 6:00pm . While shopping at Costco we thought of having a quick snack , slice of pizza. I got one for my little one who is 5 years and 10 months and myself. My wife refused to taste it

The next morning my little one got up and vomited , the vomiting was that bad that we had to rush her to a pediatrician , it took her 48 hours to recover and by that time was sick going to the restroom almost 9 times day . So we knew that we both either got stomach/flu or food poisoning form pizza at Costco.

The pediatrician we visited for my little one said she has seen cases before that people have fallen sick after eating pizza at Costco.

The next day was New Years and we had promised to throw a party to Sacramento Kids Children , so I rushed to Costco to pick-up the special cake I had ordered the previous day. I had to do all this when my little one was sick

As a CEO/executive officer it is your fiduciary obligation to make sure that goo quality food is given to customers in our case that was not done.

I want to make sure this does not happen with anyone else and hence the email

Being the C-founder of Dotto LLC I can assure you I will never serve pizzas from Costco to my employees

Thanks
Jaideep

PS: The incident took place in Costco in Folsom CA.
