Dear sir I have been having internet problems for the last 30 plus years ever since I lived at this address if you check your records you will see that I think that you and your company should go to hell for the way you treat a 30 year old custermer all I get from anybody form Windstream is that thay cant do anything. Then I would like to know way I have to pay 85.00 per mouth for something that I cant do anything with because of no speed if I had any outher choses I would beleave me and every parson I see is going to be told to stay away from windsteam I hope this openes your eyes to this problem . I am taking to the new York state cusumer group. and state senator and legstatres.
