Dear Sir, I have had DTE for 20 some years. My meter was changed Nov 3. I received my bill yesterday 173.53, last month 123.34. Fifty dollars,only change was meter. This was the highest ever. Way above last Jan and Feb. This is a Hugh problem. There is no way to talk to any person that can find the problem. Would appreciate any way you could help. Sincerely Caroline
