Ian Waldie sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
Dear Sir, I have no intention to repeat business with your airline even though this will disadvantage myself considerably. I believe you have shown incredulous levels of disrespect both to your customers and more importantly, in my mind, your valuable employees. Your callous and cavalier attitude to the law, the rights of all of us to compensation and proper consideration as the poorer partner in a broken contract, have together, forced me to significantly lower my estimation of your credibility to deliver a fair and reasonable service. I am sorry to say, you have failed entirely to justify your remaining in charge of the company you are driving into the ground. Not the place, I imagine you want to be, if you are to be taken seriously as a CEO of an airline, profitable or not. I trust you and your shareholders will consider carefully, your continuance in the role.
