Dear Sir,
I have purchased Delta products many times throughout the years. I don't seem to be having very good luck with them. I've had to replace a kitchen faucet that was purchased approximately three years ago that began to leak. I also have a bathroom faucet that blew the aerator out at me one day and I've been to four different places in Dallas to find a replacement to no avail. Then, today my Delta shower head that I purchased 6 months ago at Home Depot blew the line to the hand held sprayer. After a closer inspection it looks like it broke completely out of the shower head. Frankly I'm getting tired of spending money on products that don't last. Probably will try a different brand in the future.
