Dear Sir,

I have tons of respect and honor for Yamaha sports bike, thus I bought a R15 with sheer passion for the the love of sports bike. The bike is no doubt the best I have come across in the 150cc class. The trouble is only with the quality of servicing. This bike was purchased on 9th Jan, 2015. Ever since then, I have looked after it and produced for services as advised and never missed any. Its still under warranty.

I have been facing numerous issues with the bike after services, the latest is with the un-natural engine vibrations at speeds above 40KMph. I have been facing this for quite sometime and have reported and escalated repeatedly but of no use. The Customer care only cares to close the escalation without even caring to confirm whether or not the issue is fixed. I have requested repeatedly asking not to close [available in the call records].
Sir, all I am asking is to get the servicing of my bike done properly so that the issues goes off and I ride the bike with peace. No one is helping me out here, the customer care is not ethical at all.
I request your kind support on the same. Failing which, I promise, my next bike will never be a Yamaha.
