Dear Sir, I have tried numerous times to contact someone in your company concerning what I think may be theft of items from your stores. A home in my community has been selling BBB items at yard sales out of their home. These are new items, hundreds of them still in packages, many still with the BBB sticker still attached. After talking to numerous people about this, everyone seems to think that it may be some kind of theft involved. Please assuage my mind and tell me if I could be right or wrong.
