I have used 1-800-flowers for years. recently I requested an arrangement to be sent to a niece for her birthday. Merchandise is sent to this building all day everyday, it's a business and I checked that box as well. I ordered this early Friday morning. I get an email at 6:09 PM stating that she was not there and it could not be delivered, well that's a lie. they have at least three receptionist that always sign for items. I called they told me they would refund my $80.81 that was 12/31/15, it's now 1/13/16. Getting her the arrangement was much more important to me than the refund but now I'm really angry...
