Dear Sir, I hereby submit my grievances on the services and support rendered by the Renault Group in India.
The support from TVS , a Dealer in Calicut, Kerala, India was not happy and feel ashamed of the support of Regional Manager and the staff below the related team at its entirety.
Grievances / Complaint been lodged with Customer Services Team of Renault, still of no use.
I personally assume that proper Job Description was not issued and training was not sufficient enough for Renaults Profile.
The Quality Control Dept. and Other Dept. are trying to hide the issues related to complaint for the vehicle Renault Duster 110 RXL DCI.
Kindly request you with faith on you to organise a required "Vigilant" "Sincere"team members to investigate and do the needful.
