Leon sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Sir.
I know that you are a very busy person but yet I desperately ask you to do me this big favor and read my e-mail completely as I am one of the million members of PlayStation Family.
I’ve faced a trauma and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t solve it. Since I live in Iran, contacting with your agents and live chatting with them is almost impossible for me. I had a chance once but it wasn’t quite helpful and this way, I’m going to lose my PSN account forever.
The issue is that my account has been banned… and I know, you may think that this happens to everyone THAT violates the PlayStation Network Terms of Services and User Agreements! But I strongly believe that my case is different.
I live in a country that copyright rules are highly disregarded to most of the people. And the gamers are no exception. In here they try to use illegal ways for playing, or they use hacked devices. And in case of PS4, they use shared accounts!!!
But me… as I am a very ordinary person with a low payment, I’ll spend all of my money for digital games, season passes, DLCs, games and so on… because “Gaming” is my world. And from the moment I saw PS1, I became a loyal fan of PS Family… and bought all of PS consoles.
I respect the law and I was enjoying my gaming world until I got banned… the problem is that no matter how hard I’ve tried or how many notes and e-mails I have sent, there is no specific solution or answer about why did I get banned…?
I believe that my girlfriend sent me a private text and talked about our love making and I even didn’t answer the message and after that I couldn’t log into my account and faced the ban code
To cut the long story short, I plead you to look into my case personally and reconsider my banned account as I have done nothing wrong. I haven’t sent any abusive texts or didn’t insult anyone or even didn’t break any rules.
I look forward to hear from you soon…
A loyal fan of PS Family
