Arun sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Dear Sir, I live in Mumbai, India. My Samsung LED TV model code is only 4 years old, sparingly used and well maintained. Surprisingly, since the last few days, the picture appears double and blurred. All my earlier TVs (including Sony, Onida, etc.) have lasted at least 10 years without any quality problem.
A Samsung technician looked at the TV today and said that the display has gone faulty, and that replacing it will be unviable.
I am surprised at this quality problem with a reputed brand like Samsung. I would request a replacement of the TV set with another set of the same or similar model. I will be grateful if you could please get this done personally. Thank you.
