Dear Sir, I ordered a item on 1/12/17 and received a confirmation emails the item was in stock and located and in process. On 1/19/17 I received a email stating the order was cancelled due to it was out of stock. I waited a week to find out I wasn't getting that item. I had a ice fishing trip planned and had to cancel because I didn't have the fish house in time. I've communicated with customer service trying to get this resolved with no luck. I would like that item or something comparable. All I was offered was 15%off my next order. To be honest with you I don't know it I wanna shop at dicks again. Sincerely, Paul
