Dear Sir:
I purchased a Whirlpool washer on 01/08/16. It is a 4.3 cu ft This is the worst machine I have ever had. It would not spin the clothes dry enough (sopping wet). I called a repairman, and he suggested we were using too much soap. We now use exactly the amount he advised, and we are still having the same problem several times a week. It is also extremely noisy and can take up to several hours to complete a load.
My husband is very ill, and we very often have to do several loads a day which is taking us hours. I am at my wits end. Please help.
