Dear sir, I purchased Samsung galaxy S7 mobile on July 27th at pooorvika mobile, phoenix – Lee KunHee email address

Karikalan sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Dear sir,
I purchased Samsung galaxy S7 mobile on July 27th at pooorvika mobile, phoenix market city velachery Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
On 26TH September (Monday) the mobile encountered few problems as listed below:
1. The battery was not charging.
2. The mobile got switched off.

So I took the mobile to the service, center, TVS electronics, velachery and explained about the problem I listed above. Initially they informed that the motherboard had failed due to water entry.
I was shocked because according to the specifications the galaxy S7 was a water resistant phone.
So I argued with them ask them to service immediately.
Then they agreed to service my mobile. It got ready (4 spare part changed photo attached) after 5 days on Oct 1st (Saturday).
After the servicing I noticed a main menu key was loosely fixed due to the carelessness of the Samsung service person. So again on the following Monday I went to Samsung service center explained the problem but they said it was absolutely normal and was trying to convince me. After a long argument they took 1.5 hours to solve the problem.

Again after 4 weeks mobile started giving the below troubles

1.After dialing or receiving calls display going to sleeping mode (Sensor problem), so I checked found that the display top side was in open condition (Photo attached )
2. Main menu key got struck up often.

Now I got fed up and feeling very bad by choosing the Samsung product. I have struggled a lot with the mobile and its unfair features. I don’t want to go on with such a problem giving mobile any more so please take it back and kindly refund money for billing amount.
Karikalan.
