I regret to inform you that I have book this above car on 13 August 2016 and I got the delivery on 16th October 2016. After making full and final payment Rs. 6,42,000.00 (Rupees Six Lakh Forty Two Thousand only) I also want to inform you that I have purchase this car with CNG Kid fitted.
Problem of the car is as below:-
1. Now the problem is that every know then my car stop suddenly in CNG and again and again I have to start the car
2. I can’t run my car beyond 80 kilometer /hrs speed.
3. Show room people tell me to go CNG Work shop and CNG Work shop people tell you have to complain to show room.
4. The average of the car in petrol is not more than 11 Kilometer
5. From last 10 days I am going every now then to show your room and CNG work shop to rectify the mistake but in vans
6. I am loosing my business Rs. 2000.00 / days because of your Faulty car sold to me now how will bear this losses
7. Today also your CNG Mechanic had come to my house and done some adjustment in CNG Kid.

I am sorry to say that if above all problem are not resolve with a day or two you will have to return my money or I will take legal action against you at you cost and risk
I will also surrender my car to your show room
I hope you will take prompt action
