Dear Sir,
I the undersigned am Partha. I was the proud owner of SONY Hi-Fi MHC-RV50 Music System for last 11 years (approx.), but recently I had to face many problems (as listed below).
The Problems with my said Music System are as follows:
1) 1)The CD Tray is not coming out.
2) 2)The CD is not working.
3) 3) When in FM mode the system goes off.
4) 4) Cassette player does not work any more.
I had called the customer care on dated 2/01/2016, they told me that my said music system was discontinued and can not be repaired, I got the same response from the SONY Authorized Service centre. Can you help me with my problems, I have my full faith in your quality of product and your after sales service as I also have other SONY products.
Please do the needful as soon as possible so that I can refer your brand to other as well as myself.
