Dear Sir: I think you may be missing a large portion of the market by not considering the needs of older patrons who often suffer from pore eyesight, hearing problems, and decreased mobility. The menu is up high and difficult to see, the counter noise makes it hard to hear questions, and if you have ever tried to carry a meal while using a walker, cane or wheelchair, you would understand why these people would avoid your stores. Each of these hurdles could easily be corrected and would benefit you as well as your customers. Thank you for your time.
