One of your crew(a Moroccan with spanish looking face i believe) treated me badly. I reported it to your customer service, but what I got was prepared answers for those who want refund. I am not looking or asking for refunds or gift certificate or anything like that. I just wanted to point out that I like your company and there are few employees in your company that tarnish the image of Ryan-air and made them look bad. I believe those bad apples (employees) need to be rooted out.
And please let know your customers service to stop sending prefabricated answers to your valued customers if your company is really planning to keep them.
