Dear sir I wanted to take the time out to praise your company as being the best of the best. Often enough people complain about airlines in one way or another and cannot be completely satisfied. I've been flying jet blue for a number of years when I can travel and its the only airline I will use. Your staff is always professional and courteous. Im taking a trip on May 5 of this year on jet blue to see my brother in California although Im often unsettled about taking a long trip I'm confident that your company will make all efforts in making this trip a comfortable and easy journey.
