Dear Sir;
I was VERY disappointed on a visit last week to the Cool Springs Galleria Penneys Sore in Nashville,TN.
I took my wheelchair bound sister there, on one of her few outings, so she could select her own clothes. The store was very large--a plus--,however with all that floor space they couldn't seem to find any where for the handicapped to pass. The large center aisles were also filled with racks. In order for us to get through, we literally had to physically move racks. Most of the aisles were totally impassable. Needless to say it was not an enjoyable experience and very disappointing to her. That is one store that will be crossed off my list of shopping destinations.....How utterly inconsiderate!!
