I would like to draw your attention towards the horrible experience faced by me while giving my vehicle for service. I would not write much. Kindly go through the trailing mails and you can verywell make out yourself. Now the latest on the list is
that I had ordered a couple of parts around a week back. The service diagnostic executive came to my place, clicked pictures and told me that the parts would be arranged in 2-3 days but till date neither the parts have arrived not any information regarding the same has been conveyed to me. PROBABLY THIS IS THE REASON WHY TOYOTA IS NOT ACHIEVING THE DESIRED RESULTS IN JDP SURVEYS AND IT WOULD CONTINUE DOING SO IF SUCH ATTITUDE PERSISTS.
