I would like to think this e-mail is going to reach you but to be honest I don't have faith it will, I have a case, my case manager was Kevin .S, if you look you will see this was about my recall for under carriage, this person was the rudest person I ever delt with in my life, yes I was up set and raised my voice but being in the position he was in , he had no right to raise his to me and be rude, I have always bought Toyota cars or trucks, I feel that your re call was just a big cover up, you coated my undercarriage right over all the rust that was there , and with in 2 years the under coating is gone and all that is there is rust, I do not care that the truck is an 2007, your company made it seem like you were fixing a problem with the under coat and you didn't , you do not paint over dirt do you ? then why would you spray this undercoating with out cleaning the area that was going to get coated?? I think its shoddy work and according to the person who called me said that Toyota knows it does not fix the problem and there is nothing that can be done, a great way to treat the consumer congratulations,
