I'm Elle and I have emailed you earlier today. It's regarding my late uncle's fund that's with NatWest. As the dateline given by the bank is 26th October 2016, I hope you can reply me soon. Just want to let you know that i do not have 5789GBP as that's a few thousands in Malaysia Ringgit. All I'm requesting for is deduct the so called transfer fee from the fund. Just to recap, the person handling my case is Max Carton, Deputy Manager.
