Dear Sir,
I'm having problems with return at your Citrus Park Mall Mobile store. In Florida. I was within the 14 day return. My wife is terminally ill I called the store they told me I had to call Verizon to get a return. I called Verizon verizon said I could return it to a corporate store. and gave me a three day extension. was not true I had a wrong message from Verizon. the reason I got a wrong message from Verizon employee at Best Buy Mobile in Citrus Park Mall Fernando told me he could not take the exchange the error lies with Best Buy not with me I would like to exchange my phone for a new galaxy s6 not a refurbished one I'd like that to happen before my wife dies. thank you for your consideration. my name is Richard
