Dear Sir,
I’m writing to you because I lost hope in the Fedex quality of work.
I’m a customer since 2014. My company name is RegioPro Sp.J Polish customer number
I placed the order of picking the parcel at delivery address in Pozna location in Poland on 8th July 2016.
My issue and claim is that till today nobady picked up parcel and even rang me to explain that you have problems.
How can that be having both phone numbers and email nobody took care of this issue.
I was reporting twice a day to customer care and Fedex department in Pozna that there isan order which needs to be colected.
I heard explenation:
day 1 Fri - the order was mistaken and after changes we do pick up on Monday afternoon,
day 2 Mon - the person write wrong street number address of picking, I asked why didn’t contact the customer having the phone number, she couldnt explain,
day 3 Tue - the person told story how the driver lost driving licence having trouble with police,
day 4 Wed - the courier arranged the collection with customer and will pick up tomorrow (I’ve checked and in fact he rang customer),
day 5 Thur - today I rang in the morning to Fedex department in POZNA . They confirmed that they wil organize everything.
- It is Thursday, 4:00 PM, nobody collected the pracel. Customer service didn’t contact the customer by collection address. I rang the customer service they assured me it will be collected today.

Where is Fedex Q U A L I T Y!!!
What way you work? Who is responsible for the mess? i’d like to know the person!
Please forward it to the person who can influence the issue.
I’m owner of company who ships 100 boxes and 5 pallets a month using you company service.
Could you explain the situation, please.
