In 2014 my husband and I purchased a ring from a JCP in Texas. The ring is beautiful. We put $400 on our JCP card and paid $400 cash, this may not be a lot to many but it is and was a lot to us!! We moved to Wisconsin and go to the Appleton store. I have the service plan so when I lost a diamond I wasn't too upset. The woman (unsure of her name), assured me it would be fixed but she argued with me and told me we only paid $400 and told me I could not have a receipt or claim check of any kind while my ring was gone for a month!! It came back fine but I was upset that she said it was only $400!! Now again!!! I lost the same "diamond"!!! I contacted someone at Jcp July 26 who said they forwarded my info to the GM of the store who would contact me in 72 hours!! I never heard a word!! I want my $800 or an upgraded ring! Thank you!
