Sonja sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Sir,
I arranged with your agent Dec. 6, 2015, for an incoming line only (due to disability) and the internet service for $42.00 per month approxiamtely. The bills rose monthly, I still paid the arranged $42.00. I am ip to date on the agreement with my discounts.
On May 1, my line was disconnected. My medical team cannot reach me. They began to send letters. I cannot call 911 which was all I could do to begin with. I have emailed your servie people for weeks. They continue to tell me to call them. I CANNOT CALL THEM. I have asked them repeatedly to connect my line. I never suthorised them to Disconnect it. They still gave me the run around.
TODAY, i Emailed them threatening to contact you, their CEO. Within Five Minutes, they emailed me to tell me "they have discontinued my discounts"? Sir, you and I both have a recording from Dec 6, 2015, locking in my bill at $42.00 approx. with this incoming line.
I cannot believe the run around I have received daily, for weeks, attempti to clarify this situation. My gall bladder is on the poi t of bursting. I need this 911 capability. I am also indigent and can barely afford the $42.00. The bill rose monthly all year for no apparent reason and with zero explanation from your company.
PLEASE RECONNECT MY NUMBER AND PHONE IT. As it is, it state "no line" on the telephone itself and rings continually on the other end but never here. The line is not connected.
This has been the rudest, most difficult transaction to rectify since day 1.
I would appreciate a competent person calling.
Thank you in advance.
