Dear Sir Michael O’Leary,It should be the first flight for my four daughters. I – Michael OLeary email address

Ján  sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Sir Michael O'Leary,
It should be the first flight for my four daughters. I work as a professor at the university and doing scientific research in the Vatican secret archive. Since today for one week me had come to Rome to visit my pregnant wife and four daughters . I was purchasing the ticket from Bratislava to Rome. I have it greatly enjoyed and my children too. Today, my wife called from Bratislava airport departure lounge waiting for that flight but all flights are canceled. After one hour I received an SMS from the Ryanair flight with the message about cancellations. It's something unreal. My little children were crying and I'm angry. Its our first vacation after fourteen years of marriage. I have paid for tickets to roman museums for the exact time. Dear Michael, Irish people, small nation as the Slovaks, have always been sympathetic to me. But it changed. To my pregnant wife and four daughters to Brtislava airport none of Ryanair presonal did not help. I changed my mind at the Irish company Ryanair. Im sure that you know that as a lawyer I have in Europe a few options to obtain adequate compensation Its not USA. But I promise you that I will use all the media opportunities that I informed about this case.
Its something impossibille. It is not just business, it's about the human stories...
Regards,
Ján
