Dear Sir: My father passed away in Feb. 2017, he has two house here in Parrish, Florida with Sun Trust Mortgage, One house has been rented to the same tenants now for over 5 years, and they want to purchase the home, which they got a mortgage and spent money on title search, etc. and have been ready to close since June 2017, Sun trust will not issue a partial release to me so we can close on the one property. All monies would go directly to Sun Trust nothing to me. I need your help! Can you please e-mail me and I will then provide you with the account numbers and addresses. David Hudson from the local branch here in Parrish, Florida sent Sun Trust e-mail to Partial Release Department and acted like he couldnt be bothered to help me. I have e-mail him several time and my attorney as well no reply, this is the VP of the local branch. Please contact me!
