Krishan sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Dear Sir,
My Ford Ecosport Engine not start due to rain.
When i called to customer care then he advised me that don't try to start the your vehicle and handover your car to nearest dealership so i gave my car to Kanal Ford (Jhansi-up) on Date 26-Aug-2016.
Dealer dismental my vehicle Engine without my permission.
after dismental they told me your Engine has been seized due to water.
And also told me it will not cover under warranty and advised that you can take this Engine through insurance company it will be cover under insurance policy.I was agree with same. I have submitted all paper formality, after this till now i have no reply from insurance company dealer side.
I have nill dept. policy when i was purchasing this policy dealer was saying everything will cover in this policy only (will Give file charge only)
Now dealer denied and saying it will not cover under insurance company also.
I want to solve my problem as well as earliest from dealer or insurance company.
