Dear sir,
On 10 OCT 2012 i bought the above tv from media markt Thessaloniki shop. Four years later the tv has a screen problem (according service opinion and my own knowlwdge...i am electronic. I think it΄s too short time for such a problem (about 700 euros),it΄s unacceptable. I send to you attached the prooves of purchase as well as photos of the screen today. I am a samsung client since many years (this period two tvs, one smart phone, one dvd player and one wireless home phone).
Please give solution to above problem.

As a result we would like to inform you that it is not possible to cover the repair cost of any damage which emerged after the end of the guarantee.
