Dear Sir,
Operatives at DirecTV have repeatedly failed to expunge my details from their system and I am constantly receiving emails relating to "my account". I am resident in England, have never heard of DirecTV, have no such account and my name is not Diane Hernandez, as they seem to think! Please get them to deal with this, it's driving me crazy!
