Richard sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Sir, Out of pure frustration, I am writing to you about my complaint .On the 9th June Ryanair confirmed that our group bookings were to refunded - after three weeks no money has been received. The Tracker system states that the issue was resolved - but no refund effected, and the sum involved is €53,166. Getting no reply from anyone at Ryanair, I have had to refer this matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority. This can be resolved quickly by issuing the refund.
