Shirley sent a message to Satya Nadella CEO, Microsoft – email address that said:

Dear sir,
The last three days have been a total nightmare trying to talk to Microsoft customer service representatives to fix my computer .
I have windows 10 which was just fine until three days ago it automatically updated to Windows 10 anniversary update and today I have no computer that works at all Im going to have to take it to the professionals computer repair service its going to cost me $100 .
I was assured by several of your customer service representatives that if my computer did not work Microsoft would be responsible. I even talked to one of the managers and he wanted me to take my computer to a Microsoft facility which is 300 miles away from my town that I live in .
I hope you will call me
I am 74 years old on disability and I cannot afford this much less the stress if you will please call me I will explain more what happened to my computer .
