Dear Sir, This is the 3rd time I am emailing you in regard to the service your company provides to my now 94 year old mother. There is only one way to describe your service "it stinks". In the past you have passed this off to a supervisor in her area. They are not able to correct the problem. By the way her service is not free, she pays for it. Here is the problem...She has a package, internet, tv and phone. She needs a phone that works in case of an emergency. I call her every morning and I can hear her but she can't hear me. Yesterday her doctors office called her and she couldn't hear them so they had to call me. There have been so my techs to check this out and they can't find the problem. Maybe you should go out there yourself. This is going to be a real problem if she needs medical assistance and the phone doesn't work. The last tech has said it is the place where she lives. She has asked all of her friends that live there that have charter and they don't seem to have a problem. All I am asking is that you make sure this time that this issue is resolved. Should she have a medical emergency and the phone doesn't work we are going to have a serious problem. I will be waiting for your response
