Dear sir,
This kindly inform to you we have a Moto G -2 against IMEI , according Motorola mention IMEI number not found in company data base. According Motorola customer care unit it is fake IMEi no , it is not maintainable and not take up any further action for resolution.
Pls find the order number and contact number.
According customer care of Motorola record this is not Valid IMEI number .if not mention this IMEI number that is duplicate phone (Fake company product . you misguided to customer along with over Motorola brand name and sale duplicate product.
Note: if you not resolved this issue we will go to consumer court.
