Unfortunately due to issues regarding approval of my loan, I wasn't able to proceed with my purchase. And on 12/02/2016 I cancelled my booking and gave the request. Initially at the time of cancellation I was told that the refund would be issued as a cheque within two weeks. But its very disappointing to inform you that still I haven't received the same.
As a brand like yours we don't expect such services from you.
Kindly make a note of the same.
I made the booking on 28/09/2015 from Renault Kochi, Kerala.
