Dear Sir,
Via this email I want to complain about Samsungs decision to not allow an SD card as internal storage in Marshmallow. Just before the release of Marshmallow in the Netherlands I bought four J5's, after the marshmallow upgrade I have daily memory problems on all four phones.
It has come up to a point that I am seriously considering buying four new phones, with a loss of 800 euros, if the 'Sd as internal memory' option will not be available in a short time.
Can you inform me if Samsung will change its policy on this within a couple of weeks?
Needless to say that if I am forced by your policy to buy new mobile phones these won't be samsung phones, and After that I will never, ever, buy a Samsung product again.
I think Samsung made a very bad, customer unfriendly, decision by disabling the internal storage option for the sd card.
It should be a customers choice to use SD as intenal storage, and not Samsungs choice.
