Dear Sir, We are in dire straits due to our claim being denied. I assure you as a Christian that I have brought nothing bad toward your company but they are denying my claim when I have ASSUREDLY done the right thing. They claim I never had insurance on my new car despite the dealership agreeing that my agent DID take the information when I bought the car. I have nowhere else to turn. Please intercede.
