Dear Sir, We Placed an Order with MyArrow.com
Received an Email confirming receipt. Order was never actually placed because neither of the Two Employees whom monitor the orders were at work. (Vacation and Sick Leave). With no follow up placed the same order with Arrow Online at a higher Price. Received a Confirmation Early Friday. Monday I'm told the Stock is "Defective". I checked back with My Arrow to see what had happened there and was told the stock was "Allocated". Arrow Order Confirmation This caused great embarrassment to our Company and myself personally.
