I a m a mental health provider in Nebraska. We currently serve WellCare clients. We are having an extremely difficult time with your company. We have been overpaid numerous times and cannot get an straight answer to get the issue resolved. We have therapists getting paid on the wrong fee schedule, problems with secondary insurance claims and problems getting an exact amount of what we owe. Your customer service rep will to return emails or phone calls. Her name is Michelle Hartman. We will soon start to recommend that clients utilize the two other providers for insurance as WellCare is to big of mess to deal with. Our office manager has spent way to much of her time dealing with WellCares issues. Please assist us to resolve this so we can pay you back in a timely manner.
