I sincerely hope this finds you well. I will keep my comments brief, but I will say that my experience over the last two months, as it relates to your company, has been horrendous. It is that simple.
My decision this past August to contact Charter Spectrum and subsequently agree to give my business to them is now in deep jeopardy - I have already given too much of my time trying to find resolution. I will leave it to you to investigate the customer service paper trail that must exist in order to understand my frustrations. I welcome a response from you should you feel it is warranted.
