I wish to inform you of the terrible eXperience I had during my recent claim with your empoyees.Although I question that name. My file is with Dawn Ondek, team leader in claims. I sent her an email demanding her to return my property that was illegally taken at the same time as my car was illegally taken. I gave her until Friday to make me whole or I am taking all recourse due me by law. I suggest you read the email I sent to her today. Also, I will be going to the media to let them know how AARP/The Hartford mistreat its Senior clients during a time of need. The threats from your employee are on tape.
