Dear Sir, My name is Victoria Key. I am contacting you regarding one of your – James J Murren email address

Victoria Key sent a message to James J. Murren - Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International - Email Address that said:

Dear Sir,

My name is Victoria Key. I am contacting you regarding one of your employees, Paul Frazier-Ramirez

On Friday, January 20, Paul suffered a stroke. The following Monday, I contacted Angela, of Administrator Table Games, and arranged for Paul to receive 80 hours of Paid Time Off, as well as, to be placed on FMLA.

The PTO transaction did not take place. I discovered this when I received an email from our landlord today stating that the electronic rent payment I submitted was unsuccessful and we are, therefore, being assessed a $125 late fee, a $40 NSF fee and are being imposed with a five day notice of eviction, which comes with a $45 fee.

I contacted Angela, once again, today and she replied that she would submit the PTO request and would, then, contact payroll and call me back with their response.

I am truly dismayed by this incompetence of your staff with regard to these life-altering circumstances of one of your long-time, loyal employees. This failure of job performance is appalling.

This is the epitome of adding insult to injury.

Thank you for your time, Victoria.
