This is to bring to your kind notice that in the end of the Oct.2017 I made a request to your Cellular Service for Porting my AIRCEL Postpaid no.8285666646 thereafter on 2nd of N0v.2017 a representative of yours from some agency visited me.
The fellow took all relevant information copies of the Documents 1. AADHAR CARD, and , 2. PASSPORT photo copy and took Rs.100/- as Service Charges for which an online receipt was sent to my mobile by the Agent of yours ( Attached for Handy Reference).
Ever since I have been following up the matter with your customer care on phone, Yesterday I got an SMS that my number 8285666646 has been ported to IDEA. I inserted the SIM, provided by the fellow who has taken details and charged service charges, but it did not register to IDEA.
Today in the morning when I contacted your Customer Care at about 8.30 A.M.the executive attending could not give any satisfactory reply. When I told him to please transfer the call to the Supervisor he obliged then the entire story was narrated to the the Lady attending as Supervisor she asked me to visit to the nearest store and get a NEW SIM.
I was shocked that the SIM supplied at the time of the Agency person visited me was a wrong SIM. The Supervisor asked me to visit the nearest IDEA Store and get a new SIM. I informed her that as I an unable to go out thats why I had requested earlier for sening someone to get my request and documents. Thats how your Agents man has visited me. Further I am a Senior Citizen aged 69 Years. So please ask your Agent who had sent a person earlier too to send the new and proper SIM. But she flatly declined and asked me to write to you.
Therefore I request to provide the Proper SIM delivered at the Address given below. My alternative Contact No.is +919599792225.Hope you can help me. Thanking you in anticipation.
