How did you close the case?I dont understand this completely injustice and favoritism.
where is shipment tracking number please give it to me so that I can confirm that shipped
items has been received by the buyer.
Aprt from that i have paid him for shipping insurance as iwas told that it will give me extra cover if my shipment get lost.
The seller himself first admitted that he didnt make shipping insurance and besides he could not provide the shipping postage track.
All our conversations snapshots is enclosed herewith.
The seller is Austgems.
I hope you will once re-consider the case.
Please provide me details of shipment tracking number if available.
Otherwise You enforce the seller for refund of my money if lost in shipment.
